Asset Management Strategy 2023

The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (the Authority) is committed to managing assets in a way that enables us to appropriately meet the needs of the community, whilst ensuring the protection of the coastal environment and retention of natural and cultural assets.

The purpose of this document is to outline the Authority’s asset management systems and strategies to manage our assets effectively and efficiently. This Strategy has a life of five years and will be updated each year, with a comprehensive review and update to be undertaken after three years.
